Need tips for sampling

I am new to sampling all though I have been producing for 2 years so I would like some tips.

- What are the best ways to sample?
- How to mix up the samples and make a melody out of them?
- How to time stretch PROPERLY?
- How to sample in FL Studio and import the sample to Reason?
