What Do You Do With MIDIs That Come In Sample Packs

Hi,

This might be a pretty basic question but:
Whenever i buy a sample pack from loopmasters etc they always come with a selection of MIDIs for each loop in the pack,

What are you supposed to do with these MIDI files?
I work with FL Studio 10 and ive tried importing the MIDI and letting the MIDI control the loop. I dont know if this is just FL but it just plays the whole loop for every MIDI key in the MIDI track, not short samples of it...

If you could explain how to actually use these MIDIs, preferably in FL studio i would be grateful,
