Love this forum, grateful it's here. If this post is in the wrong section, my apologies, feel free to move it.
I'm attempting to midi map sliders for 2 separate Audio Samples with Axiom 61 (M-Audio) to Ableton Live 8 (Mac) for use in transposing the samples up and down a few steps at intervals for a dance tune.
The problem? Only one slider will program to one sample at a time. For some reason, whenever I go to midi map both samples, only the last one mapped "sticks". The result? I can't map and manipulate both of my samples for live performance transposition in real time.
Super frustrating. Anybody have any suggestions?
I currently have both samples mapped at the same time to a knob, which is cool, but there is less control with a knob, and more room for error. The results are unpredictable and sometimes catastrophic, which is giving me anxiety for the live performance....
