How do you feel about this ? Is this even considered sampling ?

~ Whats good. I understand people have used the same samples before.... But would you even consider that beat-making ? I mean its like you find a good sample. Make a beat, and a few months or years later somebody used the sample you found and made the same beat almost. Here are a few examples.

~ Im not trying to Bash Harry Fraud the producer, but thats just plain wak to me. Taking something that has died out, and putting your own high hats and claps into it. That really is some Fraud stuff if you ask me.
