A sample with varying volumes?

Basically ive cut a sample from a song (16bars in length), it starts off quiet and raises throughout and it loudest at the end.

So when it loops back round to start the bar again, it sounds off as it goes loud into quiet

Was just wondering how i can have the whole sample at the sample volume throughout?
