Maschine sample organising

Hi, i use maschine primarily for making my beats, though i'm not sure how to organise them the best way.
Say for example i have alot of stuff from Producer's choice like Ski Beats' Iron fingers. Should i get all the kicks or claps out of all my sample packs and keep them together or what.
I know this is a pretty open question but personal preference and suggestions would be much appreciated.
